We offer our steel ropes in different constructions: 6x7, 7x7, 6x19, 7x19 and 6x37. The number in the back refers to the number of wires that join together in so-called strands, which in turn is represented by the first number. So multiply the two numbers and you get the actual number of individual wires.
Steel rope by the metre is available with and without plastic coating: Within the strength selection, two numbers are given after the strength, the first number refers to the wire rope strength inside the sheath and the second to the strength including the sheath.
We cut the steel cables for you smoothly with high-quality wire rope shears, so that no crushing of the cable ends can occur. The steel ropes are offered in standard lengths of 0.5m - 200m, if you require a custom length, please contact us.
Steel ropes are used exactly where low elongation, high abrasion resistance and high load capacities are required. Of course, matching wire rope clamps can be purchased for all steel ropes.
